Did you know that at Davis Health & Wellness Clinic in Dexter, Missouri that we offer a variety of services and not just the hormone clinic?
We are a fully functioning medical clinic that offers a preventative focus to healthcare. We like to turn our main attention and focus to finding root cause issues and preventing further issues in the body. When you come in to the clinic with a complaint or problem, we not only want to help the symptoms you are having, but we want to find out what the underlying cause for those symptoms are. Some folks refer to this as a functional medicine approach to health. We like to call it what it is, root-cause care!
A lot of folks have been surprised to find out that we are more than a hormone clinic! We offer the following services.
Primary Care Visits (Family ages 2 and up).
Urgent Need Visits (Same day or next day visits for single focus issues).
Weight management consults and treatment plans.
Hormone evaluation and plan of care to optimize and balance these important assets to our health and well-being.
Primary Care - The Initial Visit for Primary Care purposes is $75.00 and each subsequent visit is $50.00 With the Primary Care associated Labs and X-rays, we can usually run them through your insurance OR be able to provide a significant cash price reduction/rate.
Urgent/Convenient Care Needs - In these types of visit we are looking at single-focused type issues. The price is a flat $50.00 for this type of visit.
Weight Management - With this type of visit the price will be determined on whether you have been seen in our facility before or not. New patient visits are $75 and $35-$50 each subsequent visit depending on the program you are enrolled in. If you are a returning customer or involved in Primary Care or with our Hormone program then the first visit is $50 and each subsequent is $35.
Hormone Optimization Program -
Women: $80.00 for consult
$199.00 for your labs, pre-pellet & post-pellet (this is the
total for both sets combined)
Pellet treatment is $375.00
Men: $80.00 for consult
$199.00 for your labs, same as listed above.
Pellet treatment is $750.00
